    opportunities.

have courage.
inspire yourself.

Let’s make this clear from here on. We want to see you grow.

Our responsibility at DCV is to provide you self-fulfillment and knowledge; the opportunity to reach your potential within our team and beyond.

You may be here for a few months, years, or an entire career.
We want to see you improve every day. Your growth means team growth.

DCV is a legal name on a few papers that make taxes possible; it’s the people that make it alive.

A special group with a destiny of incredible creative feats and “ah ha’s” in their future.

As we grow, it’ll be our mission to never lose touch with what makes us special, the way we treat customers from first handshake to their series C. We’ll embrace “scaling” confidently, staying true to our values of integrity and kindness.

The personal joy and fulfillment felt when a client sends a direct and sincere thank you is something special.

It’s our role to have every team member recognized, sharing this unique and motivating experience.

We will never forget why we exist:

"To give clients courage; To make them comfortable with the uncomfortable task of being original."

We may never be the largest production company in the US, but our customer service and dedication to client success will be renowned.

Getting clients results is what defines a world-class agency, not awards or medals, PR articles or news features.
We won’t be distracted or dissuaded by the headlines; we'll be effective.

This is going to be fun!

Collaborating with DC Visionaries has been an awesome experience. This group came through last minute, not only capturing the shots I had asked for, but creatively shooting things I had not even thought of. Their attention to detail and focus on quality is obviously something they care about, I'm blown away. Looking forward to working with these folks again.

Amazing team of passionate, energetic, and creative filmmakers. Professional set etiquette with a well managed production and fun people to work with. Can’t wait for the next shoot!

I had the pleasure of working with DC Visionaries a few times. Even though I was rather new in filmmaking, I was always treated with respect! They actually cared to make me a better filmmaker. Spending a week shooting with and observing DCV taught me so much. While other companies go the extra mile...these guys go ten! Always staying late with the clients until the job is done! At the end of the project you walk away with amazing professional content, amazing memories, and thinking to yourself...THAT WAS FUN!
